Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 Annually, depending on console/cert experience

What you will do

  • Execute hands-on testing across PC and console builds.
  • Lead preparation for console certification submissions and platform-specific compliance testing.
  • Develop and maintain structured test plans, regression suites, and release checklists.
  • Establish clear bug severity and prioritization standards.
  • Proactively improve QA processes in collaboration with studio leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional QA experience in game development.
  • Experience supporting at least one console certification submission (PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of console TRC/XR requirements and compliance testing practices.
  • Demonstrated experience building structured regression plans and test documentation.
  • Proven ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports in a shared tracking system.

Nice to have

  • Experience shipping Unreal Engine titles.
  • Familiarity with Ark or survival/sandbox-oriented gameplay.
  • Experience supporting live service updates and patch submissions.
