What you will do

  • Own the enterprise portfolio narrative for shared identity, infrastructure, data/AI, and design foundations.
  • Maintain a multi-year enterprise portfolio outlook, reflecting modernization needs, lifecycle management, and scalability goals.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, Finance, and Strategy leaders to prioritize foundational investments.
  • Make trade-offs explicit across reliability, innovation, technical debt, cost, and business enablement.
  • Provide visibility into cross-platform dependencies, systemic risks, and architectural sequencing constraints.
  • Enable funding and capacity allocation decisions by framing enterprise investments in terms of business impact and long-term value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, product operations, technology strategy, or enterprise platforms.
  • Experience operating across large-scale, multi-team platform or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong technical fluency to understand architectural concepts, platform modernization, and data ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to operate at enterprise portfolio altitude, connecting multi-year strategy, funding, and execution.
  • Exceptional systems thinker who identifies cross-platform interdependencies.
  • Experience influencing senior engineering and executive leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
