What you will do
- Independently design, develop, and deploy major technical changes
- Guide, mentor, and support development and testing teams
- Translate business requirements into system specifications
- Analyze legacy systems and define migration requirements
- Develop integration strategies across Mainframe and non-Mainframe applications
- Support production, incident analysis, and performance engineering
Requirements
- Strong technical background in COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DC, and Mainframe Utilities
- Experience in modern mainframe development environments
- Experience in Mainframe migration projects
- Domain knowledge: Life Insurance (P&C and Annuity exposure desirable)
- Excellent teamwork and stakeholder communication skills
- German B2+ and fluent English communication skills
