Salary: $207,000–$224,000 USD (San Francisco, CA) or $176,000–$207,000 USD (Denver, CO)

What you will do

  • Lead growth initiatives focusing on customer conversions, onboarding, engagement, and product usage for self-serve segments (PLG).
  • Optimize conversion strategies across the customer journey to drive overall growth and revenue.
  • Develop and prioritize a Growth experimentation roadmap aligned with business performance and customer needs.
  • Lead test experimentation across various surfaces to unlock incremental business value and improve customer experience.
  • Rapidly prototype growth ideas, including using AI tools, and push them to production.
  • Regularly share experimentation findings, insights, and opportunities with cross-functional teams and Executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with recent B2B/PLG growth ownership and a strong track record of measurable results.
  • Proven end-to-end product ownership at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience.
  • Customer-first mindset grounded in data, experimentation, and strong business judgment.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across global teams.
  • Strong technical fluency and product intuition, driving high-quality feature development and seamless integrations.
  • A-player mindset with a strong bias for action, taking ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
