- Own the vision and strategy for your product area, aligned to organizational priorities.
- Maintain an outcome-based roadmap with hypotheses, success measures, and clear sequencing.
- Run continuous discovery, including customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and frontline insight.
- Validate problem statements and solution options using lightweight experiments.
- Translate insights into clear opportunities, requirements, and prioritized work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager role.
- Experience of owning a product roadmap.
- Experience of working with technical delivery teams.
- Comfortable working as part of a smaller team and managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
