What you will do

  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle programs for the US RIA segment.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
  • Partner with Customer Success to optimize client implementation and engagement initiatives.
  • Execute retention and upsell strategies to drive feature adoption, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Create and curate compelling, segment-specific content and messaging.
  • Analyze lifecycle metrics to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing Operations.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial technology or financial services (US RIA landscape).
  • Proven experience in managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
