What you will do
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle programs for the US RIA segment.
- Develop targeted campaigns to build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Partner with Customer Success to optimize client implementation and engagement initiatives.
- Execute retention and upsell strategies to drive feature adoption, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Create and curate compelling, segment-specific content and messaging.
- Analyze lifecycle metrics to continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing Operations.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial technology or financial services (US RIA landscape).
- Proven experience in managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
