What you will do

  • Proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize existing process operations, leveraging AI tools.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving scalability, efficiency, and team outcomes.
  • Collaborate across the broader People & Culture team, particularly with the P&C Analytics team.
  • Support ad-hoc strategic projects and business deep dives as priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years in business operations, analytics, strategy, or consulting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Google Sheets, SQL, and experience building automations (e.g., Apps Script, VBA, or JavaScript-based tools).
  • Data Storytelling: Exceptional ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.
  • AI Fluency: Curiosity and ability to use AI tools practically and responsibly.
  • People & Talent Focus: Experience with HR/People Analytics, including working with sensitive data.
  • Location: Must be based in London, UK.
