What you will do

  • Prospect and source new partners in assigned verticals and regions, primarily DACH.
  • Lead full sales cycles including business case building, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Manage executive relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP) at partner organizations.
  • Ensure smooth handover of partnerships to marketing and account management teams.
  • Gather market intelligence and contribute to refining go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales roles
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B2C distribution models across relevant sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and CRM skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and target-driven approach.
