What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the contract renewal cycle, including negotiation and contract changes, to ensure timely renewals at an escalated ARR rate.
- Achieve a quota of new sales growth within the customer base by identifying whitespace and promoting upgrades and cross-sells.
- Act as a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions.
- Provide high touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues.
- Deliver feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience of full sales cycle in account management, selling to a technical audience.
- Strong ability to run discovery, manage a full sales cycle, handle objections, and close deals.
- Understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in a quota-carrying role.
- Ability to balance tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Written and spoken fluency in German
