What you will do

  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of AI governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Profile datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity for AI implementation.
  • Monitor AI quality KPIs and manage AI quality dashboards to report trends to stakeholders.
  • Maintain AI business glossaries, data dictionaries, and AI catalogs.
  • Support compliance initiatives including EU AI Act, GDPR, AML, and Responsible Gaming.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional AI/Data owners and stewards to promote best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.).
  • 4+ years of experience in data quality, data management, reporting, or quantitative roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI frameworks, data governance concepts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and MS-Excel.
  • Ability to document complex technical and business concepts clearly.
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders across multiple levels.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as betting, fintech, healthcare, or telco.
  • Familiarity with data governance tools like Atlan, Collibra, Informatica, or Microsoft Purview.
  • Expertise in BI/analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
