What you will do

  • Lead the development and delivery of high‑quality portfolio reporting, forecasting, and insights that support strategic decisions and performance management.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Country Banking reporting, managing intake, prioritisation, and governance of regular and ad‑hoc reports.
  • Monitor portfolio performance across KPIs, benchmarks, strategic objectives, and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) metrics.
  • Provide forward‑looking insights on emerging risks, market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy through strong reporting controls, reconciliations, and exception management.
  • Build capability across Country Banking by driving adoption of reporting tools and uplifting analytical capability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in portfolio reporting, analytics, strategy, finance, or related disciplines.
  • Expertise in advanced analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power Query, Power BI, AI‑enabled analytics).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience building or leading reporting and performance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, economics, econometrics, agribusiness, or a related field (preferred).
