What you will do

  • Manage and continuously improve Knowledge Bots used within CTCS R&D, including maintaining and extending the underlying knowledge pipeline.
  • Design and implement quality control mechanisms to evaluate and improve the answer quality and reliability of AI chatbots.
  • Develop scripts, tools, and automation solutions that help employees work more efficiently with internal AI systems.
  • Support the development of internal AI tools, agents, and cloud-based solutions tailored to R&D needs.
  • Improve and extend existing AI systems while also building new prototypes where required.

Requirements

  • Master student preferred in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • Advanced programming skills (e.g. Python) and experience with AI technologies, with the ability to independently design and implement technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a high level of quality awareness and responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently in a research-oriented R&D environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to document and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • German as the primary working language, with English mandatory for technical content and collaboration.
