What you will do

  • Develop and deliver AI-driven security features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for anomaly detection and bot mitigation.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
  • Integrate ML models into real-time security systems like WAF and behavioral analytics engines.
  • Monitor production model performance and perform retraining based on emerging threat patterns.
  • Improve data quality and feature engineering workflows to enhance model accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in ML engineering or data science with production systems.
  • Legal right to work in Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, or Estonia.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with data pipelines and production deployment of ML models.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and SQL-based data systems.
  • Understanding of classification techniques and software engineering best practices including version control and CI/CD.

Nice to have

  • Experience in security, fraud detection, or traffic analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud data tooling such as BigQuery, Spark, or Airflow.
