What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 6 mobile engineers across Android and iOS platforms
- Contribute hands-on to Android development and architectural decisions
- Drive technical excellence in mobile SDK performance, stability, and API design
- Coach engineers through feedback, career planning, and goal setting
- Support delivery of high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product requirements with technical feasibility
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience leading software development teams and coaching engineers
- Professional coding experience in Android development
- Hands-on contribution to production-level mobile applications or SDKs
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and testing practices
- A positive, resilient mindset and strong ownership mentality
Nice to have
- Professional experience with iOS and/or tvOS development
- Experience building SDKs or developer-facing products
- Knowledge of video streaming technologies or media playback systems
- Experience in performance-critical or real-time environments
