What you will do
- Own SLA delivery for People Systems support, ensuring requests are resolved within agreed timelines.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and end-user support for Nebius’ HR systems (primarily HiBob).
- Drive initiatives to improve HR data quality and system governance.
- Partner with IT Infrastructure team to support integrations and monitoring solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and expand self-service capabilities within HR and Recruitment systems.
- Maintain clear visibility over support requests and operational initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Systems roles, with significant experience in HR systems administration
- Strong hands-on experience working with a modern HRIS platform (HiBob experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience supporting HR systems in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Demonstrated experience working with SLAs, ticketing systems (Jira experience preferred), and structured support processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex system or data issues
