What you will do

  • Own and optimize end-to-end courier operations to improve service quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Define, maintain, and scale operational processes, standards, and SOPs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Support, Safety, and Analytics teams.
  • Analyze operational performance and drive data-driven improvements.
  • Manage onboarding, setup, and performance of external service providers.
  • Identify operational risks and gaps, ensuring timely mitigation while adapting solutions to regional regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Delivery, or Marketplace environments.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong ownership mindset and capacity to operate independently.
  • Analytical and process-driven approach to complex problem-solving.
  • High level of English proficiency required.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
