What you will do

  • Serve as the quality leader for an entire domain, accountable for product quality.
  • Define QA activities, analyze testing needs, and continuously challenge existing testing coverage.
  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies across domains.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts aligned with product objectives to ship products rapidly and with confidence.
  • Implement and evolve QA processes to get effective test signals and scale testing efforts.
  • Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions and prevent regressions.

Requirements

  • 5 years of QA leadership experience (Team leader/Manager level).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA engineer, with at least 4 years of automation experience.
  • Extensive experience designing tests for an enterprise software solution.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development.
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle using Agile Development processes.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • English: B2 required.
