What you will do

  • Articulate the value of Scibids AI and support client success and business growth.
  • Lead onboarding and adoption of Scibids AI for new customers.
  • Manage and optimize client campaigns aligned with performance goals and KPIs.
  • Advise on and execute scientific A/B tests to validate campaign impact.
  • Analyze performance data and present ROI cases to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to grow client relationships and resolve challenges.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Tokyo with local travel around once a month
  • Fluent in Japanese and English (C1+ English proficiency required)
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in programmatic campaign management with DSP expertise.
  • Experience with DV360, YouTube, and Display campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
  • Proactive, autonomous working style suitable for remote and hybrid environments.
