What you will do
- Manage sales order packs by coordinating with sales teams to resolve missing data.
- Process sales orders and accurate quotes within the One Shop platform.
- Collaborate with credit control to manage order releases and resolve payment-related queries.
- Monitor order statuses throughout the fulfillment cycle and update sales teams on lead times.
- Oversee order dispatching processes and handle full-scale logistics coordination.
Requirements
- Nationality: Saudi National only.
- 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong time management abilities.
- English proficiency: B2 level or higher required for professional communication.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
