What you will do

  • Develop data-driven CRM strategies for the local market, considering compliance and competition.
  • Plan and execute personalized multi-channel campaigns via onsite messaging, email, SMS, and push.
  • Manage website content updates, including banners, articles, and stories.
  • Monitor lifecycle journey performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
  • Coordinate the development of visual creatives to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HQ, Legal, and Marketing to align plans and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing.
  • Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaign strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
