What you will do
- Develop data-driven CRM strategies for the local market, considering compliance and competition.
- Plan and execute personalized multi-channel campaigns via onsite messaging, email, SMS, and push.
- Manage website content updates, including banners, articles, and stories.
- Monitor lifecycle journey performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
- Coordinate the development of visual creatives to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HQ, Legal, and Marketing to align plans and deliverables.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing.
- Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaign strategies.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
