What you will do

  • Maintain incredible attention to detail in managing the sales stack and ensuring CRM hygiene.
  • Establish and enforce strict daily KPIs, tracking specific quotas for calls, meetings, and touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales interactions and documentation to ensure quality standards.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify underperformance, and manage termination of non-performing agents.
  • Constantly refine the "Playbook" to remove friction from the sales cycle and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to catch minor errors in reports and identify missed opportunities in CRM management.
  • Experience managing high-volume outbound environments with a focus on call volume and meeting set rates.
  • A fair but firm management style with the confidence to protect high-performing culture.
  • Deep understanding of Australian business etiquette and compliance.
