What you will do

  • Identify, define, and document core and advanced skills for Support and CRM roles, developing scalable measurement methods.
  • Design and develop e-learning, microlearning, and simulation programs addressing skill gaps.
  • Ensure all learning content is up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices.
  • Conduct baseline and ongoing skill assessments, analyzing data for content improvement.
  • Deliver onboarding for new hires and recommend continuous learning content.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives like AI simulation development and gamified learning.

Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate to Malaysia.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or instructional design role, ideally with digital learning exposure.
  • Proficient in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Canva) and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills—verbal, written, and visual.
  • Highly organized with project management and prioritization abilities.
