What you will do
- Lead the technical development and New Product Introduction (NPI) of next-generation Non-Volatile Memory (NVM).
- Execute comprehensive electrical analysis and partner with Foundries for process integration using Best Known Methods (BKM).
- Lead cross-functional yield improvement initiatives through deep-dive electrical simulation and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA).
- Drive critical reliability qualifications including Data Retention, Endurance, and Magnetic Immunity.
- Collaborate with test teams to develop high-efficiency CP/FT test flows and Repair/Redundancy algorithms.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- 6+ years in the semiconductor industry, with 5+ years focused on NVM (NAND/NOR/eFlash) or Emerging Memory (MRAM/RRAM).
- In-depth knowledge of NVM physics, STT-MRAM/RRAM switching mechanisms, and material properties.
- Proven ability to analyze complex resistance distributions and statistical data.
- Proficiency in JMP, Python, or Spotfire.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SRAM and ESF3 architectures and their operating mechanisms.
- Direct experience in Embedded MRAM/RRAM mass production at advanced nodes (22nm/16nm/12nm).
- Understanding of peripheral circuit design and sensing techniques.
- Experience leading technical collaborations with Tier-1 foundries.
