What you will do
- Partner with technical services leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Lead annual talent reviews, succession planning, and performance calibration cycles.
- Manage complex employee relations and sensitive HR matters in compliance with local labor law.
- Act as the senior People lead for the Madrid office, ensuring local alignment with global practices.
- Coach leaders on feedback, development planning, and high-potential talent identification.
- Drive cultural initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-engagement work environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience in a multinational B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
- Strong experience in organizational design, talent reviews, and performance calibration.
- Business-level fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law.
- Proven ability to influence Director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Ability to be physically present in the Madrid office as part of a hybrid work model.
