- Build scalable people infrastructure overseeing People Operations to attract, develop, and retain talent.

Requirements
- 12+ years of leadership experience in strategic finance, business operations, or related disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead and elevate high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments with a builder's mentality.
- Strong executive judgment connecting financial performance to resourcing and customer outcomes.
- Comfortable engaging with investors and detailed financial analysis.
