Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Providing world-class product support and building strong partnerships with a global, data-driven enterprise user base with an accent on user adoption, client retention, and growth strategies. Location: Hybrid, based in Chicago, IL. No applicants outside of commuting distance will be considered unless you have indicated that you will be relocating

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

What you will do

  • Be the closest point of contact with dedicated customers, drive well-organized and effective customer encounters, and ensure optimal user adoption.
  • Build overview and take ownership of customers’ journey at Sievo by having knowledge about all ongoing client activities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop client retention and growth strategies.
  • Help identify opportunities to expand Sievo offerings and support the Account Manager in driving sales.
  • Act as an internal project manager to coordinate resolution steps needed to support clients.
  • Onboard new clients and train users to get the most out of the insights Sievo provides.

Requirements

  • Have an analytical mindset and curiosity to go deeper to solve problems.
  • Take strong ownership of a wide range of tasks.
  • Have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn from mistakes.
  • Can communicate complex things in a simple manner internally and externally.
  • Can speak, write, read and conduct workshops in fluent English.
  • Are familiar with project management and how to assess criticality for order of resolution.
  • Are tech-savvy and quick to learn how to use new software and technologies.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience or understanding of procurement and supply chain.
  • Previous experience with QlikView or Qlik Sense.
  • Other language skills (e.g. Spanish) are an asset too
