What you will do

  • Oversee technical projects aligned with organizational goals and supervise Studio Help Desk, DevOps, Systems Administration, and Storage & Network teams
  • Direct delivery of secure networks, development, disaster recovery systems, and processes
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT, Venue IT, and Cloud Technical Partners to maintain hybrid studio infrastructure
  • Work with production and post-production teams to develop workflow and infrastructure solutions
  • Manage infrastructure budgeting, vendor strategy, and long-term planning
  • Lead IT process improvements and maintain studio security

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Burbank, CA
  • 12+ years of IT infrastructure experience in film or episodic post-production studios
  • 5+ years in IT leadership roles
  • Experience with complex file-based media production/post-production workflows and studio technologies (e.g., Pixstor, Powerscale, Nuke, Mistika, Davinci, Baselight)
  • Knowledge of data security standards such as TPN, PCI, MPA
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a production-minded, customer-centric work ethic
