What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor in recruiting.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Utilize innovative tools to map, source, and attract talent.
- Recommend and lead hiring strategy discussions.
- Provide world-class hiring manager and candidate experiences.
Requirements
- Strong experience in full life cycle recruiting.
- Strong understanding of the sales hiring process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and recommend hiring strategies.
- Ability to adopt new tools and use them to augment and deliver recruitment experiences.
- Must be based in EMEA, able to work in a hybrid setup (2 days/week in office).
