What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor in recruiting.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Utilize innovative tools to map, source, and attract talent.
  • Recommend and lead hiring strategy discussions.
  • Provide world-class hiring manager and candidate experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in full life cycle recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of the sales hiring process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and recommend hiring strategies.
  • Ability to adopt new tools and use them to augment and deliver recruitment experiences.
  • Must be based in EMEA, able to work in a hybrid setup (2 days/week in office).
