What you will do

  • Act as a long-term trusted partner to enterprise customers to drive successful business transformation.
  • Build and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to drive acquisition and expansion strategies.
  • Lead discovery conversations to identify customer needs and inspire new use cases for the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, and Sales Engineering.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to drive future growth strategy and provide reliable sales forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline quotas through proactive outreach and strategic account development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in Tech/SaaS, with 3+ years specifically in large enterprises.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with CxO and VP-level executives.
  • Strong background in territory planning, team-selling, and meeting aggressive sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and opportunity qualification methodologies such as MEDDPIC.
  • Native level fluency in Japanese required.
  • Conversational English (spoken and written) required.
