What you will do

  • Plan and execute a portfolio of field programs including industry conferences, executive dinners, workshops, roadshows, and sponsorships.
  • Drive pipeline generation by partnering with sales and setting measurable goals for leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps and develop account-based marketing plans.
  • Evaluate and select third-party conferences and sponsorships to maximize brand presence.
  • Manage event logistics including booth materials, vendors, shipments, and event technology.
  • Continuously improve the field marketing playbook to optimize ROI and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York, NY
  • 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing programs.
  • Proven experience supporting pipeline generation through events or regional marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams and revenue goals.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time.
