What you will do

  • Own and facilitate the leadership operating rhythm, including scheduling, setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for leadership and board meetings.
  • Translate studio goals into quarterly and annual plans (OKRs, roadmaps, milestones) and track progress across teams.
  • Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and special projects that require coordination across Business, Creative, and Production.
  • Improve workflows and processes across Design, Engineering, Art, and Production, partnering with producers to streamline collaboration.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between Creative, Production, and Business teams, facilitating alignment on priorities, dependencies, and timelines.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in operations, production, program management, consulting, or startup leadership roles.
  • Experience directly supporting executives or leadership teams.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Exceptional organization, meeting facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive, self-directed, reliable, with a low ego and team-first mindset.

  • Experience in a game studio or creative production environment.
