What you will do

  • Own and evolve global partner enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities.
  • Design and deliver partner onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage partner enablement content architecture and ensure content is current and impactful.
  • Lead strategic implementation and ownership of LMS/CMS platforms, including Seismic.
  • Provide leadership and prioritization for instructional design resources.
  • Manage partner-facing communications and influence senior stakeholders across departments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Boston, MA, USA with hybrid schedule (3 days/week onsite).
  • 8-10+ years in Partner, Sales, or Technical Enablement roles with partner ecosystem experience.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software; ITSM or CX industry preferred.
  • Proven success building scalable enablement programs with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS partner models and indirect revenue motions.
  • Experience owning or leading LMS and CMS platforms; Seismic experience preferred.
