What you will do

  • Lead the build and improvement of web access protection infrastructure, including proxies and secure browsers.
  • Implement modern DevOps practices such as Infrastructure as Code, Policy as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Shape the roadmap for SASE solutions and internet connectivity strategy in collaboration with product owners.
  • Lead root cause investigations and remediation for major security and platform incidents.
  • Develop and enforce security policies within enterprise risk management frameworks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in infrastructure engineering with line management responsibilities.
  • Hands-on expertise using Python, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling like GitHub.
  • Strong background in secure web platforms (e.g., Zscaler, Palo Alto, McAfee) and secure enterprise browsers.
  • Experience driving transitions from manual service management to automated, code-driven delivery.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence infrastructure strategy in a complex, regulated environment.

  • Experience working in highly regulated environments and participating in audits.
  • Proven track record of supporting 24/7 services and participating in on-call rotations.
