What you will do

  • Identify Funnel Risk and Drive Corrective Programs.
  • Develop Strategic Programs for Enterprise and Major Accounts.
  • Activate Partner Marketing to Generate Net-New Opportunities.
  • Accelerate Mid-Funnel Pipeline Conversion.
  • Drive GTM Interlock Across Sales, SDR, and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with the AMER Marketing leadership team to test new programs, pilot targeted initiatives, and evaluate performance.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing roles.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise and/or Major account sales teams in a high-growth SaaS or data/analytics environment.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline-generating marketing programs and influencing revenue outcomes.
  • Experience designing account-based marketing (ABM) and field programs that engage priority accounts and buying groups.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pipeline data, funnel performance, and campaign metrics.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment.
