What you will do

  • Implement and configure technical application solutions to meet operational requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and platform-related issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions
  • Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and reliability
  • Support application upgrades, integrations, and migrations across the platform environment
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical consulting, application support, or similar technical roles
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application environments
  • Knowledge of identity and access management concepts including Microsoft Entra ID
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues
  • Ability to communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be able to work from the Toronto office 2 days per week
