What you will do
- Implement and configure technical application solutions to meet operational requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and platform-related issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and reliability
- Support application upgrades, integrations, and migrations across the platform environment
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical consulting, application support, or similar technical roles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application environments
- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts including Microsoft Entra ID
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues
- Ability to communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Must be able to work from the Toronto office 2 days per week
