What you will do

  • Triage new market requests and assign tasks to offshore teams using Jira.
  • Manage end-to-end content delivery timelines, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Lead internal projects as a project manager, acting as the primary link between local and offshore stakeholders.
  • Drive efforts to prioritize work schedules based on client needs and team capacity.
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for production process improvements.

Requirements

  • Italian native language and business-level English required.
  • Must reside in Milan and be available to work onsite.
  • 3-5 years of experience in agency or client-side roles within the pharma or life sciences industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, or computer science.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and supplier relations.
