What you will do
- Lead program execution and planning for the unified data platform product development, managing milestones and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain program governance, including reporting, risk management, and change control.
- Partner with the Head of Product Development to align strategy, prioritize backlog, and achieve program objectives.
- Directly manage and develop a team of 5 Product Owners, providing guidance and accountability.
- Program manage the full product lifecycle from strategic planning to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience in technology or financial services.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-team programs in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across global, matrixed teams.
- Clear communicator with excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including executive presence.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master).
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or related industries.
- Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms and modern data stack technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks).
- Understanding of modern data engineering fundamentals, including pipelines and ETL/ELT.
