What you will do

  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and unmet customer needs.
  • Help define the strategic product vision and development roadmap for digital products in Japan.
  • Lead opportunity assessments, develop business cases, and prioritize new features or product concepts.
  • Act as a project manager and facilitator, ensuring alignment across global and local stakeholders.
  • Support go-to-market and launch planning activities in collaboration with customer-facing and marketing teams.
  • Champion agile product development methodologies, ensuring customer-centric and data-informed processes.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 4–6 years of experience in digital product management.
  • Deep understanding of product development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, design thinking) and project management approaches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity/ experience with developing Generative AI related applications for digital health or related areas.
