What you will do

  • Take ownership of the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery that meets security standards.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through regular code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion code quality by enforcing best practices (SOLID, DRY) and leading refactoring initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Owners to analyze requirements, estimate efforts, and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to design robust API integrations and maintain smooth data flow.
  • Continuously improve development processes, focusing on CI/CD pipelines and system stability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience, including significant time in a Senior or Lead role.
  • Deep proficiency in Angular (v2+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
  • Hands-on experience with NestJS and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile values.
  • Excellent English communication skills required for managing international stakeholders.
