What you will do
- Analyze end-to-end payment processing data to understand performance metrics and uncover trends.
- Identify bottlenecks, systemic issues, and growth opportunities in payment systems and processes.
- Lead initiatives from discovery to resolution collaborating with Engineering, Product, Finance, and other teams.
- Monitor key payment KPIs such as approval rates, routing efficiencies, and cost per transaction.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for management.
- Maintain structured monitoring workflows for continuous visibility into global payment performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in global payments ecosystem with hands-on involvement in payment systems and transactional flows.
- Deep understanding of payment processing logic, routing, and payment lifecycles.
- Proven experience with complex billing platforms and payment gateways.
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex issue resolution across teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data extraction, reporting, and BI tools like Looker and Blink.
- High proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing large datasets.
