What you will do

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct impact analysis to define project requirements for successful implementations.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and open item logs.
  • Coordinate and collaborate across functional teams and with clients for timely task completion.
  • Provide go-live support and facilitate internal Post Implementation Review meetings.
  • Mentor team members and support high-volume, high-profile clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-8 years of work-related experience required.
  • Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills via various mediums.
  • Self-starter mentality with an execution-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
