What you will do
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct impact analysis to define project requirements for successful implementations.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and open item logs.
- Coordinate and collaborate across functional teams and with clients for timely task completion.
- Provide go-live support and facilitate internal Post Implementation Review meetings.
- Mentor team members and support high-volume, high-profile clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of work-related experience required.
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills via various mediums.
- Self-starter mentality with an execution-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
