Sales Development Representative (AI Customer Service): Engaging with potential and current customers to showcase the value of Intercom's AI-powered customer service solutions with an accent on impactful first impressions and building momentum for the sales team. Location: Must be in the office in Chicago, Illinois at least three days per week.

Salary: $69,716 - $87,075 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Engage with potential and current customers to assess mutual fit via Intercom Inbox, phone, email & Linkedin.
  • Multi-task fast-paced conversations while maintaining an engaging and positive experience for Intercom’s potential customers.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and drive deals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product and the value we can provide our customers.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to continuously better our workflows.
  • Engage in team development and mentoring.

  • Familiarity with these systems and tools - SFDC, Outreach, Chilipiper, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Gong, Vidu, Google Suite.
