What you will do

  • Design and deliver scalable enterprise automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate combined with AI-driven automation technologies.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of automation environments including infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and scalability planning.
  • Develop intelligent workflows leveraging AI capabilities such as document understanding, automation copilots, and agentic AI to enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and implement high-impact automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience developing and delivering automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate
  • Experience leveraging AI-enhanced RPA capabilities such as UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or Power Automate Copilot
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or similar for automation and integrations
  • Experience working with APIs, integration patterns, and orchestration platforms in enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and modern DevOps practices
