What you will do

  • Design and evolve global benefits programs including health & wellbeing, retirement/pension, risk benefits (life, disability) and time-off policies.
  • Establish global eligibility frameworks, harmonised policies, and governance standards.
  • Own benefits budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling.
  • Lead relationships and negotiations with brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators.
  • Build a clear benefits narrative and create communication materials.
  • Drive benefits education and engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading global benefits strategy in high-growth, international environments (technology sector experience preferred).
  • Deep technical knowledge of health & welfare, retirement, risk benefits, and wellbeing program design across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with major global brokers, benefits administration platforms, and HRIS systems.
