What you will do
- Establish and enhance strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.
- Apply consultative-selling techniques to align SUSE's offerings with client needs and deliver long-term value.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing complex deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and account management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of enterprise software industry, including Linux Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, Container Management, Edge, AI, and Security.
- Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage CRM tools effectively.
- Understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
