What you will do

  • Lead deep technical discovery with customers to translate AI workload requirements into scalable architectures.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to influence deal strategy and ensure technical feasibility before engineering engagement.
  • Define and validate PoC success criteria, classify workload complexity, and drive Go/No-Go decisions.
  • Identify recurring patterns and provide insights to evolve platform capabilities based on real workload data.
  • Act as a trusted technical partner balancing customer ambition, engineering reality, and commercial growth.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely from there.
  • Deep understanding of AI inference systems, GPU infrastructure, and LLM workloads.
  • Experience with inference frameworks like vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with engineering-first organizations and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
