What you will do

  • Lead and scale the North American PCS organization, setting priorities and accountability across teams.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive regional revenue attainment and business performance.
  • Establish and execute regional strategy aligned to company objectives.
  • Maintain visibility into wins, risks, and opportunities, proactively adapting organizational focus.
  • Drive tight cross-functional alignment with Demand, Operations, Sales, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher monetization.
  • 5+ years leading client services, account management, or revenue-focused teams.
  • Demonstrated success driving regional revenue performance and operational excellence.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into scalable execution.
