What you will do
- Coach and guide Agile delivery teams in Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Manage project delivery planning, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align backlog and business value.
- Use Agile metrics to assess team maturity and drive improvements.
- Support scaled Agile environments and enterprise governance compliance.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC with hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
- 5+ years experience in Agile delivery environments and 4+ years as Scrum Master.
- Prior project, program, or delivery management experience.
- Strong Scrum, Agile, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks and regulated environments.
