What you will do

  • Engage directly with customers and prospects through field activities including events and onsite meetings (up to 50% travel).
  • Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline of qualified new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue from new prospects and existing customers.
  • Prospect and create awareness of ITSM solutions through targeted outreach and campaigns.
  • Partner with system integrators, channel partners, and channel leadership to drive solution adoption.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Texas, United States
  • 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with proven new customer acquisition, preferably in ITSM or Service Desk solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and competitive landscape.
  • Experience selling to senior technology leaders and C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and negotiate effectively.
