What you will do

  • Define and execute the conversion and retention strategy across onboarding, quiz flows, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of designers, copywriters, and growth strategists.
  • Analyze behavioral data and patient feedback to identify high-leverage product improvements.
  • Establish rigorous experimentation frameworks and prioritization logic to drive business performance.
  • Partner with Engineering to iterate on digital patient experiences and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Own and report on key commercial metrics, including conversion rates, retention, and LTV.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia or willing to be on-site as required by the hybrid structure.
  • 6+ years of experience in product growth, CRO, or retention in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to own and drive core commercial metrics at scale.
  • Strong background in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of UX, behavioral psychology, and analytical decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
