What you will do
- Define and execute the conversion and retention strategy across onboarding, quiz flows, and lifecycle journeys.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of designers, copywriters, and growth strategists.
- Analyze behavioral data and patient feedback to identify high-leverage product improvements.
- Establish rigorous experimentation frameworks and prioritization logic to drive business performance.
- Partner with Engineering to iterate on digital patient experiences and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Own and report on key commercial metrics, including conversion rates, retention, and LTV.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia or willing to be on-site as required by the hybrid structure.
- 6+ years of experience in product growth, CRO, or retention in high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to own and drive core commercial metrics at scale.
- Strong background in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of UX, behavioral psychology, and analytical decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
